How do I order?

  1. Select product(s) you wish to purchase, then click ‘View cart’ when ready to checkout.
  2. Choose your shipping method and ‘Proceed to checkout’. Enter your Billing & Shipping address, A photo of your ID, agree to the terms, and ‘Place order’.
  3. An order confirmation email will be sent to you with an email address and instructions to send your interac etransfer to.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent once funds are accepted & within 24 hours, your order along with your tracking number will be sent.

Note: No orders will be shipped until payment is comfirmed. No orders will be shipped until photo ID is verified. Please allow 1-5 Business days for shipping. Please ensure your mailing address is correct before completing your order.

Is ordering through Next Level safe and reliable?

YES! Ordering cannabis online has become very popular and we have never had an issue. We provide tracking info so you can see exactly when your package will arrive. However, sometimes Canada Post will seize and destroy orders with no legal enforcement. This is why we seal all items to ensure they are odorless. We are not liable for any lost or stolen goods once we ship your order. Canada Post will be liable and your tracking number should provide you with that information.

How private/confidential is my order?

Packages are vacuum sealed so they are odorless. We ship through Canada Post in standard packaging that does not disclose any contents of the package. We print our own shipping labels to avoid less ineractions at the post office. We have a 100% success rate with our shipping methods!

How much does shipping cost?

You recieve free shipping on orders of $200.00 and up. Orders under $200 have standard Canada Post charges which will be calulated upon ‘checkout’ (usually between $15-$20). We DO NOT ship outside of Canada.

How long does shipping take?

If we receive your order and payment by our 1 p.m. PST, your order will be shipped that same businness day. If we receive your order and payment after 1 p.m PST, your order will be shipped the following business day. (Business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times are standerd Canada Post esimated days and usually 1-10 business days for regular mail, and 1-4 business days for express, depending on what region of Canada you are in. We ship from Vancouver Island.

I recieved my package but my order was wrong?

We try our best to fulfill all orders correctly, however sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens please send us an email and let us know. If you place an order that we do not have in stock, we will email you right away and let you know to change your order. This does not happen often as we try to have all our stock updated everyday. Our customer service is our #1 priority so please let us know if you are not happy with your order and we will correct any of your concerns.

Can I return my item if I am not satisfied?

We will only except returns on broken or defected items if they were recieved that way. We cannot except returns/refunds on used products, but can provide you with a store credit on the same item in a different choice. We stand by our products and if you are 100% dissatisfied with your product, you will need to send us an email explaining your issues/ concerns and we will try our best to resolve it.
